We recently experienced a total loss to our 2024 vehicle due to a collision. I called Duriah's office from the accident scene and they immediately started the claim process for us. This was our only vehicle and their quick response allowed us to get a rental vehicle right away. We are now 2 weeks from the accident and our claim is settled, to our satisfaction, and we were able to purchase our new replacement vehicle yesterday. Our first time EVER hitting a deer in December of 2024. We immediately called State Farm and they were top notch! They were on it and called the collision center which they then called us right away in less than an hour. We got our vehicle to them the next day and Caliber Collision took great care with our vehicle, txting my husband and I to keep us updated.
